Forester's path, designed by Polyform architects, got a new identity with a new, golden facade through a major renovation project. The property that is from 1970s, is one of Hamburg's largest residential properties. The 14.000 square meter facade has become post-insulated and covered with aluminum sheets, which is anodized in seven different HAI®shades of gold.

The vision behind the design was to create a energy renovation, which is both beautiful, poetic and socially sustainable.

The new facade reinforces the building's sculptural character quality, as the variation in facade cladding emphasizes the existing building stock. The choice of facade material also gives the building a living expression around the clock depending on the course of the sun in the sky.
